Areas of interaction for activities and assignments
Students are required to experience and explore each of the five areas of interaction in every year of the program:
- Approaches to learning, in which students take increasing responsibility for their learning
- Community and service, through which students become aware of their roles and their responsibilities as members of communities
- Homo faber, through which the students learn to appreciate the human capacity to invent, create, transform, and improve the quality of life
- Environment, in which students explore the importance of conservation and interdependence between humans, their immediate surroundings, and the world
- Health and social education, through which students learn to make healthy choices concerning their bodies, minds, and social environ
